Customer says that the salary is paid but it can not be seen on the FREE! account. What do I do?

Come ask about it in the chat. Sometimes the invoice has been paid with an incorrect reference for example. The reference number can also be in the wrong payment field which is why the payment is not logged in automatically. In this case, we can check the matter manually.
